Korean Tteok and Tteokbokki Cooking Demonstration

Join Asako Judson to learn about Korean rice cakes called tteok (pronounced “tok”)
and a popular dish made with them called tteokbokki (pronounced “tok-bo-ki”). The
ingredients and how they are used will be explained. Two versions will be
demonstrated: a slightly spicy snack-style dish and another version that can be served
as dinner. Registration is required; please inform the COA if you find you cannot
attend. Asako Judson, who lives in Acton, has worked at several restaurants and as a
private chef and caterer.
